When you find an item on Something Aussie Online that you'd like to purchase, please click the 'ADD TO BAG' button loacted on the right-hand side of the item's image, and it will be added to your shopping bag.
Please see below for information about adding more items to your shopping bag, deleting items from your shopping bag, and changing the quantities of items in your shopping bag.
When you're ready to make your purchase, please click the 'Check out' button in your shopping bag or click on the total amount link which is located on the top navigation bar, and you will be led through the checkout process. You'll be asked to enter the following information;
• Your Contact Name
• Your Contact Address (you can have your order sent to someone other than yourself)
• Payment Options
• Your Special order instructions (you can enter special instructions for the delivery if you need to)
When you've entered this information, your order details will be submitted to us and you will be given the tracking number of the order. Please keep the tracking number for your reference.
Updating your shopping bag
Adding More Items
If you have items in your shopping bag and would like to add more, please type your desired quantity number in the box next to the item and click the 'Update' button, and continue shopping! If you find additional items to purchase, simply add them to your basket by clicking 'ADD TO BAG'.
Deleting an Item
To remove an item from your shopping bag, please tick the 'Remove' box at the left-hand side of the item's details in your shopping bag, and then click the 'Update' button. Repeat the same steps for other items that you wish to remove.
Changing the Quantity of an Item
If you would like to increase or decrease the number of any item that's in your shopping bag, please change the number in the 'Quantity' box (QTY), and click 'Update'.
Shopping bag problems
If you're having trouble adding items to your shopping basket (e.g. you click 'ADD TO BAG' but your basket remains empty), you may need to do one of two things:
1. Turn 'cookies' on in your browser
Please use the 'help' menu in your browser for assistance in activating cookies.
A 'cookie' is a small file which contains a piece of text identifying your browser to our site. The cookie's purpose is to tell us that a previous
visitor somethingaussie.com.au has returned.
2. Click 'refresh' or 'reload' on your browser, to refresh your basket.
